- Rotisserie chicken works great, but any cooked shredded or chopped chicken will work. Turkey too.

- Honey can be used in place of stevia if preferred.
- This recipe does not require baking, but if you prefer a warm wrap place the wrap on a skillet to warm up, or in a preheated oven at 350°F for 5 or so minutes.

35g celery, diced
50g grapes, sliced
1/4c spinach, chopped
40g DF yogurt
Stevia powder to taste
5g @coconutsecretofficial teriyaki sauce
5g slivered almonds
1 @riseandpuff GF tortilla*
DIRECTIONS:
1) In a small bow, mix. together the dairy free yogurt, stevia and teriyaki sauce.
2) Add the chopped chicken, celery, grapes, spinach and almonds. Stir until well combined.
3) Heat the gluten free tortilla on a skillet or directly over the flame of a gas stove until soft and pliable.
