ZUCCHINI BREAD

This simple zucchini bread is bursting with flavor and will be enjoyed by everyone, including your gluten eating friends and family! Great for snacking and for sharing with friends and loved ones.   This is the recipe I grew up on from my great grandma. I’ve altered it to be GLUTEN FREE and DAIRY FREE!! Over the years I have also made it  vegan  with egg replacer. THAI GREEN CURRY BOWL

In less than 30 minutes you can have this one pot curry chicken bowl on the table! Plus it is GLUTEN FREE and DAIRY FREE and packed with protein and veggies!  Instagram Video Why we love this curry Bowl : It's simple to make and packed with veggies. Just chop your veggies and dice your chicken. Cook and sauté everything then add the curry sauce. The meal is naturally gluten free and dairy free. Leave off the cashews and this meal is allergy friendly. (*the new sauce will be free from fish too).
